But the experience doesn't stop there.
As a Sommelier and Italian Wine Importer, Paul will expertly select the perfect wine for each course - just pop down to your local wine shop to purchase. Once the meal is over, Paul showcases his other talent as a former bass guitarist with the rock group BAD COMPANY. He will perform a relaxing concert, featuring both original songs and jazzed-up versions of Bad Company classics.
It's no wonder that this unique dining experience has found an audience, with over 16,000 guests served in the last ten years.
